Nestaway moved its cloud contact center solution from a native cloud provider to C-Zentrix's on-premise CZ SME Suite. Nestaway wanted a sturdier platform after it started facing severe call drop and call disconnection issues with its last provider.

Being an online platform for home rentals, the customers of Nestaway are heavily dependent on their telephony support. When Nestaway started facing call drops and connectivity issues with its then cloud service provider, they needed a solution that could handle their business load and provide integrations with their cloud based CRM.
